What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?

Fiserv’s Output Solutions businesses provide business communication products and services to clients across a wide variety of industries. Our products and services include electronic document management through our electronic document delivery products and services; card manufacturing, personalization and mailing; statement production and mailing; design and fulfillment of direct mail services; forms distribution; and laser printing and mailing.
What you will do:
- Partner with business unit finance leadership to develop and provide financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
- Deliver weekly reporting along with monthly financial close.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and assist business unit with complex tasks and requests.
- Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions.
What you will need to have:
- Experience building financial and data models, analyzing trends, and producing reports summarizing results.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula creation.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
