What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in driving financial planning and decision-making processes. This role contributes to the organization's financial health by analyzing data, developing financial models, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. The team emphasizes accurate and actionable financial insights that help guide Fiserv’s strategic directions and business decisions.
Fiserv’s Output Solutions businesses provide business communication products and services to clients across a wide variety of industries. Our products and services include electronic document management through our electronic document delivery products and services; card manufacturing, personalization and mailing; statement production and mailing; design and fulfillment of direct mail services; forms distribution; and laser printing and mailing.
What you will do:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop robust financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial planning and budgeting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic financial plans.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis
- Experience in financial modeling
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience in accounting principles
- Experience with SAP or Oracle
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
