Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Security Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead system integrations for both internal and external applications, ensuring the efficient and secure management of identity and access processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) who can drive global standardization efforts within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integrations: Lead the integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various internal and external systems and applications, ensuring seamless connection and functionality.
- Account Management: Collaborate with application teams to identify, aggregate, and correlate application/system user accounts to identity cubes, optimizing IAM processes.
- Entitlement Management: Work with teams to compile and correlate application/system entitlements to ensure compliance and security within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Development and Configuration: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SailPoint’s various modules (e.g., audit, compliance, lifecycle, service accounts) to develop, configure, and enhance system capabilities.
- Custom Connectors: Design, test, and troubleshoot custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ, guaranteeing robust integration and functionality.
- Audit Compliance: Prepare and ensure timely delivery of audit and other requested information, maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
- Global Standardization: Drive global standardization efforts across the firm, establishing best practices and promoting adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations & configurations.
- 7+ years working within Identity and Access Management frameworks.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, with experience in NetBeans considered a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with systems administration across Mainframe, AIX/Unix, and Windows platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing Active Directory and Mainframe user administration is a plus.
Certifications:
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA or CISSP are highly desirable.
Technologies:
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, microservices, and cloud integrations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
