What does a great Manager, Project Management do?
As a Manager, Project Management at Fiserv, you will play an essential role in supporting our Tokenization, CardHub, and Digital Issuance services for both new and existing clients. You will ensure that your team’s performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives. By managing and developing your direct reports through coaching, positive reinforcement, and feedback, you will maintain high engagement and a positive attitude within the team. Your keen sense of accountability, critical thinking skills, and commitment to positive solutions will elevate the client experience.
What you will do:
- Ensure that overall individual and team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
- Manage the performance and on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and direct feedback.
- Provide day to day leadership for direct reports and organization. Responsible for leading, mentoring, and training Implementation teams.
- Responsible for reviewing, maintaining, creating, and updating department procedural manuals as necessary to meet the everyday business requirements.
- Maintain, create, and update our Service Point workflows.
- Perform daily data entry and maintenance of departmental metrics.
- Complete special projects and assignments as required.
- Ensure implementation issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved on time.
What you need to have:
- 3+years of experience working in the EFT processing/financial industry in a project management role.
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1+ years of experience acting as a team lead or supervisor.
- Ability to provide after-hours support for client implementations.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience with debit card operations.
- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports.
- 4+ years of experience understanding consumer payments, mobile wallets, and electronic payment products.
- 4+ years of experience in client services or relationship management.
- 4+ years of experience in implementations.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
