About your role:
You will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in our Contact Service Technology Organization. Focused on architecting and supporting complex medium to large-scale applications, this direct technical role works closely with our internal business teams, leads, analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams. With a passion for technology and a commitment to empowering our clients, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies to enhance our solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient applications in both OnPrem and Cloud environments.
- Architect and automate web applications, Web APIs, web services, desktop-based applications, and Windows services using Microsoft technologies.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab, Harness, Nexus, and Jenkins to facilitate seamless deployment processes.
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones to ensure consistent and high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, EKS, and AKS.
- Manage and troubleshoot deployments, authentication, load balancers, firewalls, and SSL certificates to maintain robust security.
- Implement and optimize processes for infrastructure, security management, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize AI and ML applications like Watson and OpenAI to drive advance innovation in our solutions.
What you’ll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development and operations including following technologies C#, .Net Core, Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Python, AI, Azure Event Hub/Service bus, Javascript/ReactJs, SQL Server/Postgres/MongoDb/Redis, Windows Service, Web Service, WCF, Web API, Desktop Applications, GITLAB/Harness/Nexus, Jenkins/Powershell.
- 8+ years of experience with container technologies such as Docker/Openshift or Kubernetes/GKE/EKS/AKS.
- 6+ years of experience in CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Harness, and Nexus).
- 6+ years of experience in scripting skills in Python or shell (bash).
- 6+ years of experience in release management, asset configuration, and continuous improvement and analyzing and troubleshooting skills for authentication, TLS handshake, load balancers, certificates, and ciphers.
- 6+ years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting data encoding, compression, and encryption/decryption implementations and firewall management.
- In-depth understanding of Linux/Windows systems and knowledge of infrastructure and security.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in JavaScript/ReactJS.
- Experience with AI/ML applications and products (Watson, OpenAI).
- Experience in container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with security processes, including firewall management and SSL certificates.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Genesys Voice Platform (GVP, Genesys CX cloud).
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
