Description:The Central Procurement Subcontract Administrator role is responsible for subcontract execution of capital equipment and construction services to support the Marietta & FTW facilities. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Who You Are
As a member of the Global Supply Chain Management Team, you'll work on day-to-day tactical functions as well as future strategies for raw material procurements in a Project Manager capacity.
What You Will Be Doing
• Requests for proposal, source selection, and purchase order placement
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and lead times
• Manage supplier relationships and performance issues
• Manage the procurement cycle from request for proposal to purchase order closeout
• Ability to work recovery plans with supplier management as required to assure deliveries meet production requirements.

• Maintain accuracy of purchasing documents and data including procurement files

Basic Qualifications:• Experienced in procurement principles, contract management, supply chain management in related disciplines
• Experienced in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Must meet at least one of the desired skill sets
Desired Skills:•Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of professional experience
•Experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing. Experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), analyzing bids (supplier proposals), and supplier negotiations.
•Experience within the Defense Industry
Experience with Lockheed Martin Procured to Pay (PP)
Experience with SAP
Experience with Microsoft, Tableau,Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
