What does a successful Business Risk Manager do?
At Fiserv, a successful Business Risk Manager exercises discretion and independent judgment in decision-making while interacting effectively and positively with personnel at all levels, including Bank and ISO partners, vendors, account management, and merchants. You will work both independently and as part of a team, upholding our commitment to excellence and innovation.
What you will do:
- Maintain daily oversight and analyze group mailboxes reserved for inquiries/MIS reporting to ensure timeliness and productivity.
- Review and analyze monthly PCI reporting for merchant non-compliance risk.
- Prepare twice-annual PCI reporting for card brands.
- Intake and monitor incoming client files for updates to our PCI tracking system.
- Handle escalated issues, merchant calls, and Presidential issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and nurture positive and professional relationships between Fiserv and partners, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Develop enhancements to training materials as changes or improvements occur to current processes to increase productivity, maintain compliance, risk mitigation, and staff knowledge.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
What you will need to have:
- High School graduate/GED and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Fiserv platforms in North/South/Omaha/Memphis.
What would be great to have:
- Prior knowledge in cyber data security and/or PCI DSS.
- Experience or knowledge in merchant services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Fiserv Foundry.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
