KBR is seeking Contracts Lead Specialist to perform a wide range of contract administration functions. The ideal candidate will rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of the field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and ensuring all contracts are administered in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the bidding, purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products or services.
- Interface with internal functions to evaluate contract compliance.
- Under general direction, use knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team.
- Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.
- Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
Work Environment:
- Location: Remote
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, supply management or related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with contracts.
- Security clearance requirement: SECRET security clearance.
- Ability to clearly communicate, express, and understand complex information.
- Ability to analyze and research complex to semi-complex technological issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary (sitting, standing...) position at least 50% of the time.
- Able to occasionally come to a KBR office to access documents and use office machinery.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience.
- NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) or similar.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
Basic Compensation: $91,500.00 - 137,200.00 annually.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
