What you´ll do

Champion a bold, transformation-first mindset to challenge the status quo and spark innovation as a driving force in the Digital Transformation department
Be the translator between business needs and AI capabilities, partner with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact challenges in our global production and supply chain and identify where AI can make a real difference
Build clear, ambitious roadmaps to scale AI prototypes into real-world solutions that deliver measurable business value
Turn ideas into intelligent solutions by designing AI architectures that combine the right models, technologies, tools, and data pipelines
Stay hands-on and innovative from rapid prototyping to testing cutting-edge models and technologies in real use cases (forecasting, optimization, GenAI agents, …)
Inspire and lead junior data scientists and engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to scale AI across the organization
