What you will do:
Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers and Consultants across Ireland and the UK.
Identify, onboard, and nurture revenue-driving partner relationships that scale merchant acquisition and retention.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting across all partner accounts.
Analyze data and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for focus and improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to align partner initiatives with business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new ISOs and ISVs, understanding their needs and challenges.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to influence product roadmaps.
Monitor and enhance sales quality metrics including partner attraction, retention, complaints, regulatory compliance, and brand reputation.
Work with internal teams such as Onboarding, Customer Service, and Credit Risk to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent, implementing structured performance frameworks to elevate team capabilities.
Champion Fiserv’s values with integrity, fairness, and inclusion across all levels of the sales organization.
What you will need to have:
Extensive knowledge and experience as a Sales Leader within the ISO, ISV, and PFAC partner model.
Deep understanding of Acquiring and payment gateways in the payments sector.
Proven history of delivering strong performance against KPIs and using data-driven insights to fuel commercial success.
Expertise in driving organizational change, implementing innovative solutions, boosting productivity, and embedding a culture of excellence.
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills, able to partner effectively across Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operational functions.

Experience in managing teams across multiple regions and navigating complex organizational structures.
Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of building long-term partnerships.
Ability to leverage technology to innovate and improve partner sales strategies.
