Description:You will be the Executive Administrative Assistant Specialist for the MFC Vice President of Engineering & Technology team. Our team is responsible for supporting the senior executive and leadership team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Executive Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior executive and the leadership team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- •Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
•Create and edit documents, presentations, and other materials as needed
•Coordinate event planning, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment
•Submit expense reports and maintain accurate records
•Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
•Provide dotted-line leadership to a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities as needed
•Conduct skip-level meetings and team-building events to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Basic Qualifications:•Prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
•Familiarity with Concur Travel System
•Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changing priorities
•Excellent time management, project management, and problem-solving skills
•Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work products
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
•Must be able to travel if necessary
Desired Skills:•Experience arranging complex, multi-site meetings with multiple senior executives
•Experience coordinating Facilities and Information Technology support

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
