Work You’ll Do
- Write test cases and test scripts
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing
- Support developers in resolving defects from testing
- Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving any production defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Report on progress and status of testing
- Create and maintain any testing documentation, such as test reports
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Experience leading QA teams and coordinating testing efforts
Skilled in writing test cases and scripts
Hands-on with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure API Management
Cloud testing experience in Azure
Strong defect resolution and troubleshooting skills
Agile methodology experience
- Proficient in test documentation and reporting
Preferred: - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- API testing expertise
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing
- Software testing certifications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools
