Work Arrangement :
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.

The GM Envolve Marketing Manager develops the overall marketing strategy as it relates to GM’s business solutions supporting business and government customers. They bring together existing and new growth opportunities to drive message alignment for these impactful and meaningful products and services. The ability to create and consolidate GM's positioning along these growth opportunities is essential, while bridging current and future solutions for B2B and B2G customers.
The Team:
The GM Envolve Strategic Accounts & Revenue Enablement team is focused on supporting General Motors’ largest and most influential B2B and B2G customers
- Our objective is to drive sustained growth by enhancing product competitiveness, improving residual values, and enabling sales and marketing alignment across key accounts
- We partner cross-functionally across GM’s brand portfolio — Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac — to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and long-term customer value
- The team plays a critical role in shaping fleet and rental strategy, engaging with product planning, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions.
What You’ll Do:
As a GM Rental and Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise-level strategic initiatives across our fleet and rental business. You will:
- Collaborate with Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac teams to improve product content and competitiveness for fleet customers
- Support analysis to improve vehicle residual values and enhance lifecycle performance
- Help develop tools and insights to support sales enablement and pricing strategy
- Participate in ongoing efforts to align vehicle offerings with market demand and customer feedback
- Contribute to presentations and executive updates that guide strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or related.
- Must be graduating between May 2027 and June 2028
- Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Compensation:
- GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to eligible students selected for the 2026 Student Program.
