Boeing Global Engagement (BGE) is seeking a dynamic Program Manager at Senior or Lead Level, to join our team and oversee the company’s Employee Community Engagement (ECE) strategy and its programs. BGE leads Boeing’s global philanthropic strategy and implementation, including designing, executing, and supporting volunteerism programs across a workforce of more than 170,000 people. This position will be located in Seattle, WA.
This role is ideal for a purpose-driven individual contributor passionate about social impact, employee engagement, and corporate citizenship. You will lead and scale employee engagement programs that encourage service, giving, and community leadership, including organizing internal employee volunteer events on a regular basis. This role will also manage partnerships across the enterprise to advance Boeing’s social impact objectives. Lastly, a central part of this role includes serving as project manager and strategic advisor to the Employee Community Fund (ECF) Board, supporting enterprise goals and chapter-level initiatives to drive employee donorship and quality employee grantmaking.
Position Responsibilities:
Scale and implement Boeing’s Employee Community Engagement (ECE) strategy to increase volunteerism and align programs with industry trends and enterprise goals.
Lead high-visibility, large-scale volunteer initiatives that engage senior executives and strengthen alignment between BGE's strategy and Boeing’s business priorities.
Provide strategic and operational support to the Employee Community Fund (ECF) Board—owning its operating cadence, supporting local chapters, and leading programming to expand employee participation and charitable giving.
Serve as a connector and collaborator across a global network of Community Investors who deliver ECE initiatives at Boeing sites worldwide.
Partner with Human Resources, Communications and other cross-functional teams to embed community engagement opportunities across enterprise programs
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Ethics, Engineering, Legal) to streamline and manage enterprise-wide board placement processes.
Represent BGE at internal and community events—both in-person and virtual—to increase visibility and employee engagement in ECE efforts.
Work closely with BGE’s Data Analyst to measure, analyze, and report on ECE performance, providing insights on progress, impact, and continuous improvement.
Partner with other Boeing functions to leverage professional sports sponsorships for employee engagement purposes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist executing several Projects at one time
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
5+ years of experience with public speaking and presenting information in a team and/or leadership setting
5+ years of experience with volunteer programs
3+ years working with non-profit organizations, supporting non-profit board members, and executing corporate volunteer programs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience creating and analyzing data to identify trends and communicate a story to depict findings
Experience participating in and leading cross-functional teams
Experience with employee engagement software portals (e.g. - YourCause)
Experience leading or facilitating professional sports sponsorships for employee engagement purposes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Senior level: $89,250-$120,750
Summary Pay Range for Lead level: $124,100-$167,900
