What you´ll do
- Shape the regional Commercial & Sales Excellence agenda by designing standards, methodologies, and KPIs that elevate go-to-market effectiveness across the region.
- Act as the regional lead for strategic initiatives such as CRM transformation, advanced profit and loss (P&L) planning tools, and other global Commercial & Sales Excellence programs, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and alignment with IMEA business priorities.
- Drive the regional data & insights agenda, to shape strategy, guide executive decision-making, and enable measurable business impact.
- Lead capability-building initiatives across sales and commercial teams to embed best practices and elevate organizational performance.
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing and category management, ensuring consistency and customer-centric approaches across markets.
- Foster continuous improvement to ensure IMEA remains agile, competitive, and aligned with global Commercial & Sales Excellence standards.
