Job Summary
Responsible for the development of the short and long-term Product Sales strategy for the Company. Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company’s Product Sales programs and a positive customer experience. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and solicits employee feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Designs, organizes, promotes, and delivers employee engagement experiences and reinforcement plans that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Customer Engagement
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives at broadcasters, streaming platforms, content providers, and other media companies.
Champion a Challenger Sales approach—guiding customers through complex buying journeys with insight and value.
Solution Selling
Represent a portfolio of streaming, broadcast, and advertising solutions, including:
Cloud video streaming solutions and playout for live linear and on-demand content
Dynamic ad insertion and advanced advertising workflows
Content distribution across global networks
Metadata enrichment for discoverability and personalization
Monetization platforms that drive revenue through innovative models
Personalized Fan Experiences differentiated by metadata-enriched video& tech
Lead solution selling to executive stakeholders, focusing on:
Rationalizing and modernizing technical architectures
Delivering strategic, value-added outcomes
Acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional vendor
Guiding customers through complex decision-making with insight-driven, consultative engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Provide market feedback to influence product development and innovation.
Qualifications
Experience in international sales roles within the broadcast, streaming, advertising, or media technology sectors.
Deep understanding of the media ecosystem, including linear, OTT, and hybrid workflows, as well as advertising technologies and monetization models.
Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
Demonstrated success with Challenger Sales or similar insight-driven methodologies.
Experience in media, entertainment, and particularly sports, with a strong understanding of how sports entities engage fans through technology and content.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
Commitment to travel internationally as needed.
