Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
You’ll be Joining
You’ll be a part of the Universal Talent Development and Inclusion (UTD&I) team that helps bring leadership and organizational development and inclusion experiences to life for the workforce of NBCUniversal’s Entertainment and Studios Group. This position will report to the UK Director of Talent Development and Inclusion supporting EMEA and APAC (virtually) workforce.

Universal Talent Development & Inclusion (UTD&I) recognizes, celebrates and elevates the talents and experiences of the people behind the content from the NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studio Group’s workforce as well as film production crews.
Mission: Empower, educate, develop and amplify the voices and careers of our people who are driven to tell stories that resonate with and reflect the global audiences we serve.
At the core of this role, you will:
- Support multiple leadership and organizational development experiences and projects including project planning, coordination and communications.
- Provide in person & virtual facilitation for learning experiences.
- Build and update talent development and inclusion materials including decks, overviews, one-pagers, and other collateral.
- Manage the data and analysis of learning initiatives including course enrolment, assessments coordination and tracking of consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with broader UTD&I team with strategic priorities and talent lifecycle projects/initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the EMEA and APAC HR Teams as needed.
Every week will be different, and you’ll play an important role developing our talent, which is at the heart of our success as a creative company.
Qualifications
What You’ll Have (Required Qualifications)
We’re a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in, we’ll expect that you have:
- Experience in talent management and learning and development
- Project management experience, juggling multiple tasks and deliverables
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as a facilitator in virtually and/or in-person environments
- A bachelor’s degree or qualification or certification in areas of leadership and organisational development relevant field
- Previous experience in event management
- Written and verbal proficiency in a European or APAC-related language.
