KBR is seeking a talented IT Asset / Change Manager in support of our Team located at the customer site in Chantilly, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Government in obtaining IT equipment and software licenses
Inventory control to include correct labeling of IT equipment and enforcing regulations for issuance and disposition
Maintain records for IT equipment and software licenses and accurately track in an internal database across multiple locations. Track applicable case numbers and RMA numbers
Coordinate warranty activities for IT hardware and software in need of maintenance or replacement across a multitude of various contracts and identify unused equipment
Provide support for the IT asset management inventory to include disposal of outdated equipment through established regulations/policies
Trace transportation of IT hardware and software between storage locations as required
Enter and resolve help request tickets using an internal management system
Manage, assign, and track request for changes (RFCs) and perform management of the RFCs to include briefing at various boards

Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
3-5 years of relative experience.
Previous IT Helpdesk experience with handling trouble tickets, triaging, and following up with user via HelpNow
Familiarity with SAP and the customer IT ordering process utilizing approved hardware and software ordering processes (ND 50-12)
Ability to forecast cost and schedule for IT hardware and software equipment
Must have the ability to work effectively with the Government and customers as part of a team or as an individual with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of Intelligence Community agencies
