Description:You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Manager for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for building circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro-assemblies, providing products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators, customers, and site cross-functional management in a represented (union) workforce environment. You will oversee day-to-day program execution, performance, and status reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost and schedule performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:* Leading and managing a large cross-functional team with positive leadership and communication skills
* Developing and managing budgets, cost, quality, and schedules for assigned production areas
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
* Creating a culture of accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Recognizing and rewarding superior individual performance and addressing poor performance issues
* Leading teams to meet critical schedules and resolve complex technical or operational issues

-Experience with Production Operations/Program Management
-Experience with Cable & Harness, Circuit Card & Electro Optical Assemblies
-Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments
-Demonstrated ability to create, monitor, and report on production operations metrics
-Ability to manage budget for the department and budget performance
-Experience working in a Union Environment
-Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
