Description:OverviewYou will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Manager for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for building circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro-assemblies in a multi-shift manufacturing facility, providing products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large cross-functional team in a represented workforce environment, driving day-to-day program execution, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost and schedule performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:* Leading and managing a team in a represented workforce environment, building respectful working relationships with operators, customers, and site cross-functional management
* Motivating and energizing a large cross-functional team with positive leadership and communication skills
* Developing and managing budgets, cost, quality, and schedules for assigned production areas
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
* Creating a culture of accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Procedures
* Recognizing and rewarding superior individual performance and addressing poor performance issues

- Minimum of two years of manufacturing or related leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors consistent with Full Spectrum Leadership competencies.
- Experience in the areas of manufacturing, planning, and test.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Skills:- Master's degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline.
- Strong technical and problem solving skills in the area of aerospace manufacturing and test.
- Experienced working in teams and creating highly functional work groups.
- Prior experience leading Performance Management Teams (PMTs).
- Sensor and/or Missile program knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player and multi-tasker.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
