Description:This position will serve as a Program Manager in support of the Taiwan/Morocco Block 70/72 Hardware/Software Development and Flight Test valued at more than $2B within the F-16/F-22 Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). This role will have customer and end user interface.
Other key responsibilities will include:
• Drive technical and global supply chain execution to finalize sub-system development.
• Drive new Earned Value Management requirements and ensure business processes are followed
• Ensure on-schedule availability of assets required to execute the program
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards
• Execute monthly business rhythm enabling the ability to manage the business.
• Facilitate PMR's and major program events.
***Domestic and international travel will be required possibly up to quarterly.
Basic Qualifications:• Program Management experience with one or more of the following: technical requirements, financial management, supplier engagement, proposal development and/or other functional requirements.
• Program/Project Management experience – to include any of the following: Baselining, Earned Value Management Systems, Risk and Opportunity Management, Systems Engineering and Product Life Cycle Management.
Desired Skills:• Successful track record for capturing, building, and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional, cross-organization team that includes sub-contractors, other BUs and multiple USG agencies.
• Ability to successfully identify, mitigate and/or avoid risk.
• Clear, effective, communication and long-term strategic vision.
•CAM execution experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
