Work You’ll Do
The Mission Alignment Support Staff is responsible for advancing organizational knowledge management and policy development initiatives. This role oversees the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems, develops and maintains relevant policies, and designs training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful exchange of information, alignment with strategic objectives and the promotion of best practices across the organization.
•Develop and refine policies that support knowledge management objectives.
•Ensure alignment of policies with broader strategic goals and compliance requirements.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor policy adherence.
•Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and tools.
•Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of shared information.
•Coordinate with the Knowledge Exchange Manager to capture lessons learned and best practices.
•Design and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge management capabilities.
•Develop training materials and resources tailored to different levels of staff expertise.
•Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Work closely with Communications Coordinator to ensure complementary communication strategies.
•Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.
•Support cross-organizational initiatives that drive process improvements and policy alignment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 6 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 12 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in policy development, knowledge management or program implementation roles
- Knowledge of surface fleet organizations, surface maintenance process and information systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
•Experience in a consulting environment supporting defense related programs
•Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge management tools
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
