Role Overview
As a Dowty Field Service Representative, you will provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE products. This role requires hands-on repair and maintenance of composite propeller systems and related components, with the possibility of up to 60% worldwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and assistance to customers in operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of GE products.
- Interpret data and technical instructions on-site.
- Communicate program status, customer issues, and market intelligence to Product Support and Field Service teams.
- Assist customers in scheduling maintenance and ensuring parts meet established schedules.
- Perform intermediate and depot-level maintenance, including hands-on repair of composite propeller systems.
- Collaborate with the UK services team for civil customer support.
- Review maintenance effectiveness and recommend training needs.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of aviation experience in a field service or maintenance position).
- Minimum of 2 years performing extensive repairs, conversions, and maintenance on engines and/or propellers.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs.
- Must pass a non-DOT drug test and background check.
- Position is based at Cannon AFB, NM.
