Where is the work:
Virtual: This is a remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace. Preferred time zone Pacific Standard Time.

What you will do:
In this role you will:
- Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support services for Key Accounts customers in a technical service environment.
- Perform remote Building Automation System (BAS) diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and equipment startup support.
- Remotely inspect and evaluate BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems, delivering detailed reports on system operation and issue identification.
- Communicate via telephone, instant messaging, and email with onsite Trane and third-party BAS and mechanical technicians, customers, customer representatives, and Trane internal teams.
- Participate in technical and strategic account reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement.
What you will bring:
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience with Trane-specific systems and controls.
·Familiarity with remote support tools and platforms.
·Certification in HVAC or BAS-related fields.
This position is hourly, and eligible for overtime. $80,000 – $100,000 annually
