What You Will Be Doing
As the Staff HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with Operations leadership to guide HR strategies and support teams in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. - Partnering with Operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Advising on talent management and employee relations while navigating business challenges
- Identifying, developing, and retaining top talent to strengthen organizational capability
- Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional teams to deliver impactful HR solutions
- Using data and analytics to uncover opportunities and drive meaningful outcomes for both employees and the business

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, employment and labor laws, and core HR philosophies
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and investigations, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with integrity, urgency, and confidentiality
• Proven ability to partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate decision-making, and provide clear and actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and drive measurable outcome
Desired Skills:• Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• 5-7 years of experience in various HR competencies
• Knowledge of Organization Design and Effectiveness
• Demonstrated Project Management experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
