About your role:
As a Senior ETL Developer you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our data warehouse infrastructure. You will work closely with our Data Warehouse Application Development, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure the seamless integration of software releases into production environments. You will focus on automating and streamlining workflows, ensuring system reliability, and driving efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle. What you'll do:
- Design and Manage Data Warehouse, Data modeling and infrastructure tuning.
- Partner with Development and IT operations for smooth software releases integration.
- Implement automation and integration processes including code deployment and infrastructure provisioning
- Ensure system reliability and efficiency by implementing monitoring systems and optimizing performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and resolving complex issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers

Experience you'll need to have:
- 8 years of experienceas anETL Developer,Data Integration Engineer, or in a similar role focused on data pipeline development, integration, and analytics.
- 8+ years of experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)for building and maintaining ETL workflows.
- Proficiency in SQLfor data querying, transformation, and optimization.
- Working knowledge of Snowflakefor cloud-based data warehousing and analytics.
- Experience with Qlikfor data visualization and dashboard development.
- Programming experience in .Net C#, Java, or C++
- Experience in managing data loads from Mainframe VSAM files to IBM Cognos.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Expertise in Data security, Compliance Standards, and Data Integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in financial services, FinTech, or SaaS environment
- Understanding of system architecture including Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure
How you’ll work:
