Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Document all interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems for accurate reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients through effective communication.
- Experience in business development or marketing is a plus.
