About this Position As part of the regional Perfect Clean marketing team, the Marketing Manager will lead and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives primarily across Turkey, Central Asia (CA), and Leo. While the core focus lies in driving growth and brand excellence in these priority markets, the role will also contribute to cross-market projects with broader impact across the High Growth region.
This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on project leadership, and strong collaboration with cross-functional and local teams to implement innovations, strengthen the core portfolio, and elevate brand presence.
What you´ll do
- Drive the implementation of brand strategies and innovation projects within Turkey, CA, and LEO in close alignment with local marketing teams.
- Act as a key business partner to the countries by adapting and rolling out regional toolkits and ensuring marketing excellence in execution.
- Lead or co-lead specific cross-functional initiatives with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure timely and successful market launches.
- Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class assets for in-store, digital, and media activation.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify actionable opportunities for growth in the focus markets.
- Track and report key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring ongoing optimization and alignment to targets.
- Total High Growth cross region broader projects that may span multiple markets (e.g., toolkit development, cross-category synergies).
- Foster knowledge sharing and alignment between local markets and the regional team to strengthen consistency and scalability.
