About this Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated engineer for a challenging and rewarding leadership position in technical sales. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for India, driving growth, and expanding Henkel’s footprint in the infrastructure rehabilitation market.  
What you´ll do 
 - Develop and execute annual sales plans in alignment with business unit objectives.
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct technical presentations to engineering firms, and represent Henkel at key industry meetings and conferences.
- Manage the business development effort – defining strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Perform key account planning, developing and maintaining strong relationships with consulting engineers, certified applicators, and channel partners.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of LOCTITE® GeoSpray and RenewWrap solutions to provide tailored technical and commercial support to customers.
- Review bid documents, optimize pricing strategies, and collaborate with design and application teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop technical specifications and bidding requirements that support proper product positioning.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and sales reports.
- Generate and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to guide business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Customer Training teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
