We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with around 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and integrations — delivering scalable service management solutions aligned with business goals. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (minimum 2–3 years in Service Cloud). Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce. Solid understanding of Service Cloud modules — Cases, Console, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Email-to-Case. Expertise in Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, and Page Layout configurations. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
