Responsibilities:
Uses simple hand tools in a repetitive manner to assemble part of a finished good
Able to meet cycle time in most work-stations of a cell with minimal assistance
Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all safety operating procedures.
Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all quality standards.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to ‘and-on’ protocol for assigned workstation.
Ability to read, understand and follow current standard work instructions, method sheets assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions
Stand continuously for up to three hours at a time.
Exhibit an exemplary attendance record.

Requirements:
- Demonstrates basic hands on mechanical or electrical components and their principles, properties and theories.
- Must work effectively under a variance of temperature and noise levels.
- Must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Use senses (see, hear, smell, touch) to detect quality defects and unsafe conditions
