What you will do:
- Manage incoming calls representing our Banking Client with professionalism and accuracy.
- Update customer and Merchant accounts promptly and accurately.
- Leverage technology to provide exceptional service and resolve customer queries.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work closely with your team to identify and adopt new ways of working to deliver excellence for our clients.
What you will need to have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Must be willing to work in-office.
