Job Summary:
The HR Services Analyst helps SRS/Heritage to optimize it’s HR systems with ensuring data integrity, building relevant reports to support the business, document business processes and compiling data for analysis.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the HRIS and further development of the HR data model.
- Collect and review data on job and organization details, employment records, and exit interviews.
- Share relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
- Analyze data and statistics for trends with regard to background and drug screens, new hires, turnover, winterization, storm work, and other compliance with employment laws.
- Optimize and implement new data business processes.
- Compile reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
- Identify short- and long-term goals to ensure top-notch employee performance.
- Recommend SOPs and training programs to increase employee and manager Workday performance.
- Identify why candidates and employees choose to work within a company and recommend areas in the workplace that can be improved.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiar with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
