Partner with our Talent Program Manager to drive operational excellence for the VP of Global Talent Acquisition. This high-impact role combines analytical rigor with narrative craft - transforming data into executive intelligence for senior business leaders while managing strategic communications and cross-functional programs. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Talent Program Manager.
Responsibility
Own ELT reporting - extract, synthesize, and transform data from multiple systems (Visier, iCIMS, dashboards) into executive-ready narratives
Coordinate global TA leader inputs across time zones, creating visualizations and narratives that make complex data accessible and actionable
Partner with People Analytics to operationalize and enhance enterprise dashboards for data-informed stakeholder conversations
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data that warrant leadership attention
Develop internal communications and executive materials including presentations, announcements, and strategic messaging
Transform complex information into clear narratives for all audiences (recruiters to C-suite) while ensuring consistent voice and brand standards
Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate status to partners and stakeholders, ensuring timelines and results are met while collaborating effectively cross functionally
Manage day-to-day operations including vendor coordination, invoicing, contract tracking, and meeting logistics
Lead strategic programs from inception to delivery across technology adoption, organizational change, and recognition initiatives
Respond to urgent executive requests requiring rapid turnaround and exec-ready quality
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and efficiency initiatives
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring
Basic
- 5+ years in operations, program management, consulting, or business intelligence
- Experience in Google Workspace (Sheets: pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation; Slides: executive presentations)
- Experience writing across formats (executive presentations, newsletters, strategic messaging, documentation)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently under tight deadlines
- Experience with HRIS / ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, or similar)
- Experience producing executive-ready work that requires minimal revision
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong data fluency - independently extract, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple systems with high accuracy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Visier, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Background in consulting, program / project roles, or operations in high-growth companies
- Experience in TA, HR, or people analytics environments, ideally in global function
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, or similar)
- Experience creating executive reporting with ability to uncover non-obvious insights
- Portfolio of work showing both analytical projects and communication deliverables
- Self-sufficient across global time zones with ability to influence all levels of collaborators
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting between analytical, creative, and operational work
- Demonstrated ability to excel at storytelling with data - combining analytical rigor with narrative craft to make complex information compelling and actionable
