As a
salesforce developer lead you’ll own the architecture and strategic roadmap of our Salesforce implementation at Progressive. In this role, you’ll leverage deep Salesforce expertise and industry knowledge to inform design and solutions for our Salesforce implementation along with its integration with multiple other Progressive systems. Your expert guidance will enable us to optimize and leverage Salesforce technology to drive long-term business success. You’ll work with a variety of technologies, including Kafka, Mulesoft, API’s, Own, and Snowflake as they relate to the Salesforce implementation. You’ll advocate for best practices keeping top of mind security and scalability as we continue to grow and add additional user groups. In this role you will collaborate closely with various teams across IT and business groups to drive stakeholder alignment and solutions that support long-term technology health.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for important events, strategic work sessions, meetings and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Deep expertise with Salesforce products and platform capabilities, including Platform Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Flows, LWCs, Apex, Sharing Settings, and Omni-Channel, etc.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
- Experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementations and driving scalable solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Advocacy for Salesforce best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable functionality and optimize design for efficiency and transformation.
Compensation
- $150,000-$175,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
