We are seeking a motivated and proactive Account Executive to support and execute strategic global healthcare communications initiatives. This role is ideal for a communications professional with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to jump into a fast-paced, collaborative environment and grow their expertise in the global healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of integrated communications programs that align with client objectives.
- Provide day-to-day client support, including meeting coordination, status updates, and project tracking.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and media specialists, to support client needs.
- Conduct competitive and media landscape analyses to support client recommendations.
- Assist in drafting press materials, messaging documents, social content, and stakeholder communications.
- Support medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review of materials.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative problem-solving and fresh ideas.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in health communications (agency or in-house preferred).
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting communications materials.
- Ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in leveraging AI tools to enhance communication strategies, optimize content creation, and drive more personalized, data-informed engagement across channels.
- Experience with Veeva or other similar review platforms is not required but preferred.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
