Digital marketing is a Billion-dollar plus industry in India and native advertising is the fastest growing component of that market. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is the market leader in the B2B content marketing domain that is growing at 50%+ YOY. We help businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes native advertising and programmatic. We are investing in the strong integration with marketing technology partners with our platform like Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle etc., and Content Marketing ecosystem through various thought leadership initiatives that will enable us to capture the opportunity that the market provides.
We are looking to hire a
Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our clients who largely belong to the Technology vertical and are invested in our platform including executing against client objectives and serving as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
The
Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. He or She need to demonstrate strategic thinking, & analytical skills to drive client experience. In this role you will be responsible to work with clients driving new products adoption to help them achieve their marketing objectives through LinkedIn. This also means working with customers to drive always on execution in this very strategic and high growth vertical for LMS India. You will also be responsible for consolidating product enhancement requirements from an India market perspective.
This role would be responsible to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Presales:
- Understand annual business and marketing objectives of the clients to help them translate them into marketing outcomes with specific metrics/KPIs
- Be able to articulate how various products from Linkedin’s portfolio can drive value for customers
- Outline key measurement metrics for the campaign based on objectives and KPIs
- Collate product requirements for key clients and the India market in general, articulate these requirements and their projected impact.
Post sales:
- Ideate and execute full funnel marketing strategy for the client to ensure conversion and revenue acceleration
- Build compelling client presentations to effectively communicate data and build a cohesive narrative (of strategy, spends, ROI)
- Conduct content audit, content session, content recommendation, A/B testing with an aim to maximize engagement and conversion
- Conduct product and technology audits for key clients, run product and technology strategy sessions, and provide recommendations, with an aim to maximize ROI
- Articulate and communicate any new product feature proactively and drive adoption within existing customers
- Continued investment in educating and empowering the clients about the LinkedIn the platform
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing channels( offline/online etc) and marketing automation stacks
- Provide integration / setup support for advertisers using LinkedIn ad technology partners
- Identify up-sell or cross sell opportunities across the book of business & partner with Sales to drive incremental revenue and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, product, marketing, finance etc. to ensure best in class client experience
- Build strong, lasting client relationships by owning and delivering customer success through various market dynamics; cultivate deep partnership with key decision makers and influencers
- Build solution using data insights.
- Demonstrate the impact to the client and influence marketing spends.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing channels (offline/online etc) and marketing automation stacks.
- Provide integration / setup support for advertisers using LinkedIn ad technology partners
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 6+ years of experience in Digital advertising, marketing, consulting
Preferred qualification:
- Digital marketing certification (AdWords/ FB Advertising/Google etc)
- Previous experience in a consulting role
- Experience of having worked on any of the marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Adobe and Salesforce
- Experience of having worked on advertising technology platforms such as Doubleclick or Sizmek
- Hands on experience of managing programmatic channels
- Experience with B2B Clients in the Marketing space
