THE WORK
- Performs inventory control tasks necessary to keep inventory accurate.
- Coordinates all cycle inventory activity and performs analysis and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Reviews daily inventory transaction errors and processes corrective documentation.
- Supports all inventory transaction activity from receipt of material through shipment of product.
- Completes “Inventory Reconciliation Checklist” for every part that is out of tolerance according to the established inventory class tolerances.
- Provides inventory validation and analysis on an “as requested” basis.
- Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
- Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones.
- Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:• Possess operations systems knowledge and aptitude including MRP(SAP), MES and WMS.
• Experience with inventory management for material and assemblies.
• Ability to review inventory transaction errors and process corrective documentation.
• Ability to coordinate and process periodic cycle count of floor stocks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Skills:• Ability to effectively interact with various functional departments.
• Understanding of the Viadat Warehouse Management System.
• Working level knowledge of computer base systems and warehouse procedures.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
