The Technology Sourcing & Category Management Director will lead a team of sourcing professionals to drive transformative sourcing and category strategies across several technology domains: Auto & Insurance Technology (AIPD), Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA), Bank and Invest Technology (BILD), and Architecture & Corporate Technology (ACT). This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to deliver forward-looking, proactive, and best-in-industry results in supply chain and supplier risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of team activities, directing organizational and process change to optimize performance and mitigate risk. They will manage strategic projects through all phases, controlling scope, quality, and schedule, while overseeing team activities and performance. This is a pivotal role in developing and nurturing close partnerships with primary lines of business and leadership teams to develop progressive, high-impact supply chain strategies that support and advance key business goals.
