Description:You will be the Security Manager for the Lockheed Martin Security team. Our team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the JASSM program.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing a security staff and supporting all program level leadership. You will also be responsible for managing all security processes and procedures, including Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, Sub-contractor Management, proposals, and close-outs. 
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing all security processes and procedures across multiple classification levels  (collateral secret, SAP and SCI)
• Managing a security staff
• Coordinating Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management
• Developing and managing proposals and closeouts
• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and policies
• Supporting all program level leadership and management
• Serving as the lead/focal point as the JASSM Security operational leader

Basic Qualifications:• Active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years 
• Extensive SAP or Program Security experience.
• Collateral Security experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must. 
• Must be able to effectively communicate with executive-level leadership. 
• An extensive understanding of DoD security methodologies, policies and procedures is required.
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results- oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated management of a dynamic team environment with multiple functional areas. 
• Experience leading self-inspection processes and corrective action plans. 
• Familiarity with TS/SCI compliance and capabilities. 
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.  Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.  These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
