We are seeking to hire a GPS IPT Lead who will be responsible for driving current and future integration of the GPS subsystem in a family of missiles. This subsystem includes the receiver, antenna, software, and associated developmental test equipment. 
This position reports to the Development Program Chief Engineer and provides day-to-day interface with PMs, suppliers, and other IPT Leads. 
Required technical experience includes multi element antenna, and advanced algorithms.
 As the lead of an Integrated Product Team, this role will also require multi-disciplinary technical leadership, supplier management, cost control, risk management, and schedule development.
 For purchased items, requirements definition, design oversite, and test execution oversight for the supplier is required.

Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.Basic Qualifications:Post secondary STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. 
Must have a Secret Security Clearance w/ investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Experience with GPS Cryptographic Keys and M-code integration.
MATLAB & Python experience.
Previous experience with GPS subsystems, multi-element antennas, and RF applications
Desired Skills:Active Top Secret Clearance
Experience with Supplier Management and Cost Control

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.  Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.  These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
