ADP is hiring a Business Transformation (BT) Director for the HR Outsourcing Operations Business Transformation Team to lead projects and resources from end-to-end strategy through execution in an internal consulting role. The Director must have experience in strategy/operations/management/ technology consulting with a focus on large scale org change initiatives and managing projects related to change and adoption, operating model/org design, technology adoption/implementation and business process analysis and improvement. You will lead multiple projects and teams through designing and executing strategies for strategic, enterprise-wide transformational programs for the HR Outsourcing organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Transformation, this person will be a key member of the team with experience managing people and working collaboratively across executive through associate levels. The Director provides leadership for BT Team resources and may have direct reporting responsibilities for team members.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading large projects comprised of multiple BT team members and managing and executing strategic project(s) related to change & adoption, org design, operational excellence, operating model design, data + business analysis and technology adoption.
- Coach, guide, and upskill team members to create an overall project strategy, validate its business case, and gather supporting facts to fully steer the decision-making process.
- Apply change management, org/op model design and business process frameworks and approaches to roll out programs for the organization's most strategic projects. Includes business transformation plan, stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training needs analysis, KPI development and measurement tracking, technical training development (for technology adoption initiatives), activity analysis and business case development.
- Analyze complex ideas, business cases and organizational issues to build meaningful recommendations leading to the development of a strategy and roadmap for execution.
- Master and teach crucial data analysis skills to lead delivery of milestones by guiding and mentoring BT/PMO project team members throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for project senior leaders; managing relationships and ensuring quality of delivery.
- Support BT senior leadership to scope out projects that align with HRO strategic objectives
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and summarize key points.
- Understand the big picture and be able to connect all the dots; comfortable in navigating ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple, easy to understand way.

To succeed in this role: Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Transformation, Strategy, Management Consulting or similar quantitative business-related capacity
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency in effectively putting together presentations and storytelling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analysis background
- Advanced Microsoft Visio skills and development of current vs. future state business processes
- Previous experience leading or managing teams
- Previous experience upskilling and teaching others
- Experience presenting to executive and senior leader stakeholders
- Collaborating with business senior leaders and support function team members to identify improvement opportunities and answer key strategic question
- Excellent analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference given to MBA; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related area in lieu of MBA
- Management consulting or strategy experience from MBB or Big4
- Change management and large-scale transformation experience
- Salesforce experience
- Working experience in the HR technology space, including HR, Payroll and Benefits
