Training Coordinator to join our team in
Fayetteville, NC.
In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners in the development, delivery, and management of technical and operational training programs that align with mission needs and enhance workforce readiness. You will collaborate across departments and customer teams to ensure training content is up-to-date, compliant, and effectively delivered to diverse learners.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Developing instructional material and products for technology-based learning.
- Utilizing effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills to create and deliver training content.
- Developing, coordinating, and maintaining training schedules and logistical plans for both in-person and remote delivery.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and program managers to define training requirements and content.
- As part of the Training Team, leads the logistical and administrative support for all training activities.
- Supervising the master training schedule, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring all logistical requirements for training delivery are met.
- Developing and implementing coordination procedures to optimize training operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional development, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience leading training coordination or operations.
- Familiarity with SCORM-compliant content and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, course design, and training evaluation methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), or similar credential.
- Prior experience working in a cleared environment and understanding of sponsor-specific training compliance protocols.
- Extensive experience managing the operations of a large-scale training program.
Clearance Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
