Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
Join NBCUniversal’s Ad Sales Impact team, where we partner with agencies and clients to measure campaign effectiveness and drive attribution insights across NBCUniversal’s world-class content, platforms, and properties. You’ll play a key role in cross-funnel campaign measurement (linear and digital) and collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and agencies to bring data-driven insights to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull data from research tools, dashboards, and vendor sources to uncover campaign performance insights.
- Support campaign attribution analyses, connecting media exposure to key brand and business outcomes.
- Create clear, visually compelling presentations and reports that communicate results, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure measurement elements are executed accurately, milestones are met, and deliverables are on schedule.
- Support development of case studies and share best practices across measurement initiatives.
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of advertiser campaigns and sponsorships across NBCU content, platforms, and properties.
- Manage campaign setup and support client onboarding for measurement projects.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Economics, Math, Statistics, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; advanced skills in Excel (charts, pivot tables, formulas).
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, fielding, crosstabs).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiarity with attribution and outcomes-based measurement approaches (e.g., multi-touch attribution, brand lift, or sales impact studies).
- Experience at a broadcast/cable network, advertising agency, or primary research vendor.
- Experience with qualitative & quantitative research methods; desirable: experience with measurement vendors/partners (e.g., Kantar, Innovid, LiveRamp/DataPlusMath).
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data with a client-focused mindset, strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience using SQL or similar query languages to analyze large datasets.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
