Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Programme Essentials
To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:
- You’re currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2027
- You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
Additionally, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 29th June 2026 – Friday 23rd July 2027.

What will I be doing?
The Film Services intern role is designed to support a small team, selected international territories and mastering vendors, ensuring timely delivery for release in cinemas. It is a dynamic and pivotal team in the Filmed Entertainment Group, working on all Universal titles releasing Theatrically, be it features or trailers. You will be completing tasks such as sending movie files to translators, arranging creation of on screen graphic replacement, ordering subtitled and dubbed versions at London vendors for release in cinemas, raising purchase orders and updating Smartsheets.
What will I learn from this opportunity?
The Intern will become familiar with the entire process that takes a film from post production to the cinema screen in every country in the world. They’ll learn about the complexities of foreign dubbing, subtitling, on screen text, audio and picture formats, censorship, different delivery solutions….and more!

What do I need to bring to the role?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very high level of attention to detail.
- Able to learn quickly and manage your time effectively.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiasm for the film & TV industry as a whole.
