- Strong case management (support processes, omni channel, assignments/routing, NBA, etc.. )
- Experience cloud (highly LWC driven to give Uber like experience for scheduling, responsive design)
- HealthCloud Exp is required
- Very strong with complex Flows and best practices
- Integration with AWS connect
- Agentic experience regarding NBA, creating actions / activities, summaries
- General Admin stuff regarding profiles, permissions etc
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
