Job Summary:
The Senior Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the administration and continuous advancement of quality management systems within the organization. This pivotal role ensures that the highest standards of quality and reliability are consistently achieved across all manufactured products, driving operational excellence and business success.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and supporting the development of comprehensive quality assurance strategies, robust processes, clear guidelines, and effective control plans to guarantee product excellence.
- Championing the creation and execution of corrective and preventive actions, actively working towards the achievement of quality objectives and targets.
- Analyzing and addressing both internal and external non-conformance trends, implementing solutions to maintain and elevate quality standards.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring diverse teams, including team leaders, quality specialists, and inspectors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Preparing and reviewing detailed reports with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to collaboratively resolve quality challenges.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related to the field
- Fluent English

Quality Management Expertise:
- Possesses extensive experience in applying quality management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Skilled in interpreting quantitative and statistical data, conducting and leading quality reviews, and developing quality assurance standards based on Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or Baldrige principles.
- Proficient in motivating teams to consistently meet or exceed quality goals.
Collaboration:
- Adept at working constructively with individuals and groups, initiating collaborative meetings, and fostering shared goals across generations, functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Utilizes collaboration to solve business problems and achieve targets.
Influencing:
- Applies effective influencing tactics to positively impact decisions within and beyond the organization.
- Develops persuasive arguments, employs active listening, identifies key decision-makers, and presents ideas with clarity and conviction.
Problem Solving:
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving organizational, operational, and process issues.
- Uses a variety of diagnostic tools and approaches to assess information accuracy and relevance and supports stakeholders through risk analysis and resolution selection.
Quality Risk Management:
- Expert in documenting and implementing risk management processes and procedures.
- Understands and analyses quality indicators and metrics, highlights risk issues throughout the product lifecycle, and contributes to crisis management teams addressing quality concerns.
Lean Manufacturing:
- Has a basic understanding of the philosophy and principles of lean manufacturing, including the identification of waste and the integration of lean principles into existing processes.
- Cites industry examples and recognizes both the benefits and risks of lean implementation.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
- Understands the concepts and techniques of RCA, applying structured approaches to uncover true causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
- Explains the importance of addressing underlying causes rather than symptoms and shares examples of successful RCA resolutions.
