Role Definition:
Implements comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on talent development. This role provides expert guidance on HR policies and practices, and champions a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional growth. The position is instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and retaining high-potential talent to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives, with an emphasis on talent development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Designing and implementing HR policies and programs for the business unit or region that promote employee engagement, retention, performance, and robust career development pathways.
- Acting as a trusted coach to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent development strategies such as succession planning, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, talent gaps, and opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations for senior management to enhance talent pipelines and organizational effectiveness.
- Leading and developing a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration with other Centers of Excellence, and serving as a thought leader in best practices for talent management and development.
- Championing initiatives for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and advancing top talent, ensuring the organization’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English
Skills:
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of Organization: Deep familiarity with the organization’s vision, structure, and culture to ensure talent initiatives support optimal performance.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing complex situations and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Influencing: Effective use of persuasive communication and relationship-building to drive adoption of talent development programs.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Skill in collecting and interpreting talent-related data to inform strategic decisions.
- Talent Management: Expertise in attracting, developing, and retaining talent through innovative programs and career development initiatives.
Top Candidates also Have:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Expert in roles such as Talent Development Specialist, HR Business Partner, Organizational Development Consultant, or Learning & Development Manager.
- Expert in HR leadership roles with a focus on talent management, employee development, and strategic HR initiatives.

- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is 5 days a week in-office model.
