Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Dealer Lending Audit Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze multiple (TFS/LFS/PLG/BPSFS) dealer portfolios for their inventory in advance, during, and after their scheduled audits. The analysts review frequency schedules, new and outgoing dealer business, as well as reviewing and processing wires, as necessary.
This role requires professional communication, both written and verbal, with a variety of stakeholders invested in all areas of commercial business.
The analyst will report to the Dealer Lending Audit Supervisor and will support greater department objectives and metrics for the commercial portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
Communicate with audit vendor and applicable internal field contacts.
Review and process daily reports and audit schedules.
Communicate with Regions regarding incoming and outgoing dealer business, including working with other lenders to ensure smooth handoff for impacted dealers.
Ensured accurate and timely processing of wire transfers in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Inventory lines are updated and process incoming and outgoing wires as applicable for each dealer transaction.
Ensure requested documents are provided timely and filed accordingly.
Review for intercompany balancing transactions as necessary.
Reporting heightened risks or unusual situations to management and appropriate parties.
What you bring
2+ years of commercial auto finance or banking experience required
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, business administration, or related fields or equivalent work experience
Ability to see connections, trends, and patterns that are not immediately obvious to others.
Ability to understand, integrate, and implement workflow and analytic solutions and directives as they become available.
Ability to have good follow through on requests for information/support with strong time management.
Know when to escalate issues and can clearly explain situations and provide recommendations to management in a timely fashion.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy, focus, and composure under pressure.
Added bonus if you have
Previous experience with auto-finance systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite with a focus in Excel including experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
