- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, technical support, or technical problem-solving.
- 2+ years of lending industry experience, with knowledge of loan origination, loan servicing, and alternative lending.
- Experience in client services within a B2B/SaaS environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce administration, including flows, Lightning page layouts, and reports.
